Are we allowed to do business in more than one category?

Yes. The only limitation you have is that your company cannot be listed in more than 10 categories. However, you are free to do business with the customer.

How do you review an IT company?

Our Team is trained to review the details of IT companies. We do everything to make sure that quality of the platform is maintained. Some of our activities are:

  • We evaluate their financial position
  • Previous projects (whatever they have stated)
  • Location Information
  • Online Reputation
  • Social Media Presence

What should I showcase for my company?

There is no rule of thumb for this, however, our recommendations are;

  • Company Name, Formation, Formation Date, Logo, Branding
  • Address, Phone Numbers, Emails, Social Media
  • Employee Information, Experience, Management’s Profile
  • Previous projects, payment acceptance methods, history of the company
  • Major achievements, Press Releases, and their links
  • Working hours, Working days, Holidays
  • Office Pictures (internal/external), Staff Pictures
  • Choose your header carefully
  • SEO Optimized content for your company
  • Some information about your turnover etc

Unfortunately not, we deal with companies only.

How do customers find my company?

Your contact details, profile and, portfolio are available for potential customers worldwide to view publically. They can contact you directly if they want to. Additionally, they can contact us and we will make recommendations.

Do you charge any commission on the project?

We do not charge commission.

How do you recommend?

We follow a simple rule. Each company in each category receives a lead in a round-robin fashion. There is no favoritism. After recommendation, the Businesses are free to decide.

Do you resolve disputes between companies?

No, we do not, neither IT Hubs Global or our associated companies or any of our employees will become involved in any disputes between companies.

What is if the refund policy?

We will process a full refund in the case of non-acceptance of your entry onto the platform. If your ratings are poor and falling, we reserve all rights to remove your entry from the platform and no refund will be given.

What if customers are writing negative reviews?

Most customers will not post negative comments or ratings. However, if your customers are posting negative comments, then you need to review your work ethic and placate the situation with the customers. We do not moderate ratings.

What is the total approval time period before my listing go live?

This process can take 3 to 10 days or even more. We will review all IT companies before placing them on the platform.

What happens if my rating is below 2.5?

Unfortunately, we cannot keep you on the platform. We will have to disable your entry. To avoid this unpleasant situation, you should strive to deliver quality work within budgets and on time every time to your customers.

Listing is free for the first three months.
